Default Conditional Formatting - saving in a seperate worksheet

I'm sure that in the past I've used a Macro (author unknown) to paste all of the Conditional Formatting rules used in a worksheet into a new worksheet. This was much like the 'Conditional Formatting Rules Manager' in later versions of Excel (2007, 2010) but with the ability to print them out for reviewing.

Having searched about for a good while now, I'm beggining to think this was in a dream.

Is this even possible? If you can point me at this or a similar Macro then I would be most grateful.
