Default Formatting Field

I have a spreadsheet that has about 1 thousand records. This spreadsheet has a field called StudyID that should have 3 digit numbers. Unfortunately there are some StudyID's in this field that are not 3 digit and I want to create a macro that can run through this spreadsheet to change these specific StudyID codes to the following correct StudyID. Thanks for your help

"8298" should be "857"
"9052" should be "857"
"10-002" should be "301"
"191-5-0045-6" should be "954"
"ALEXANDRA" should be "595"
"FAM-028" should be "939"
