Default Vlookup/Index/Match

What I want to do is lookup the three highest values in a column and return the value in the adjacent cells into other cells.

For example:
Column A B C D
1 2.02% Matching value in Column A 1st Highest Value from B
2 1.80% Matching value in Column A 2nd Highest Value from B
3 2.04%
And So on

The values are in percentages that I need to find the three highest of.
The values are in numerics that I need to match to the percentages.

Any/all assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you
