I am trying to find out what value would be needed to raise a certain percentage.
For example if: 9 promotors, 9 passives, 5 detractors. 9-5 = 4, 4/23(total) = 17.40 I know to find out what 60% would be I would use: .60 = ((9+X)-5)/(23+x) How do I enter that in Excel? |
