I need help! i'm trying to get a formula for an AVERAGE base on if a value is
less than 4.01 in column IF another columns value is 01, 02, 03 and so on.

here is what i mean

01 18:30:45 18:31:52 18:33:00 0:02:15 2.25
05 23:16:39 23:18:23 23:25:53 0:09:14 9.23
03 12:24:14 12:24:29 12:27:11 0:02:57 2.95

column a has the absolute value 1 thru 12
column b, c, and d have time stamps
column e is the difference between column d and b
column f is the converted difference for column e

i need a formula that will recognize an average for 287 rows of information
formula needs to reflect average for the rows if column a is 01 with column
f less than 4.01

please help! i have to have this for camp commander and my chief
