I'm trying to calculate resolution rates from our help ticketing system in
Excel - I've tried several recommendations from here and they're not counting total hours (if the range is more than 1 day, it's not adding the additional 24 hours). My Dates are formatted like this: Column A: 2/4/10 9:25 Column B: 3/15/10 14:07 The formatting for these cells is: Date 3/14/01 13:30 The result of a simple B1-A1 is coming out to: 4:42 The formatting for this cell is: Custom h:mm I'm hoping someone can provide me with some suggestions, it would be much appreciated! Thanks - Rhonda |
