Default Conditional Formulas

Hi community,
I'm not sure if this is a duplicate....my apologies if it is.

I have tried to figure out my issue by using sumif and dsum and have not had
luck. Does someone know if it is possible to look at a column in a worksheet
and if a cell says "Go" AND if another column in the same worksheet has a
cell that says "Yes", then sum up the value associated with the cells that
meet both of these conditions. Is this even possible?
