Default How to Color a Cell Based on a Range of Cells with Colors

I am trying to setup a formula in one cell to look at a range of cells to see
if any are filled with colors. The range of cells contain numeric values and
I created a conditional format to make the cell color red or yellow. If the
range of cells are colored, then I want the one cell's format to change to
the same color. Can anyone help me determine a solution?
