Is there more to this? I don't think you want to sum ranges. Take a look at
this: http://www.xldynamic.com/source/xld....T.html#classic Right at the bottom of the page is a function such as this: =SUMPRODUCT((A1:A10=10)*(A1:A10<=20)) I think that should get you going... -- Ryan--- If this information was helpful, please indicate this by clicking ''Yes''.
