A spreadsheet exports like this for a huge population of employees' benefit
elections: EE# BEN TYPE BEN PLAN $per EE $ per company ANNUL SAL COV AMT 1 MED MEDA $1500 $3000 $50000 1 DEN DEN1 $200 $400 $50000 1 VIS VISA $150 $300 $50000 1 LIFE METLIFE $6.45 $0 $50000 $100000 NEEDS TO LOOK LIKE THIS (ALL ON ONE LINE PER EE) : MED EE MED CO DEN EE DEN CO VIS EE VIS CO LIFE ANNUAL SAL 1 $1500 $3000 $200 $400 $150 $300 $6.45 $50000 Additional demographic information need also be included similar to annual salary where the info on the raw data sheet is exactly the same for each row. There are multiple plan names for each benefit type and the plan name needs to be noted on the singular line per employee as well. Can this be done? I tried to use lookup and match, but had trouble because there are multiple rows per employee id so did not get desired results. |
