You'll see others on the site if you look around.

i was wondering if there was a way that i could use excel to make a schedule for employees. i want to have names to the right and have the times that they are going to work(shifts very to accomadate college schedules) to the left of their names and the day of the week at the top
Monday Tuesday
John 6-2 12-4
Mary 1-9

like this. but i wanted to know if there was a way that i could enter when the employees were available for eaach day and how many hours a week they wished to work, and then have excel genereate the schedule automatically?

if anyone know how to do this that would be terrific!
