In terms of............?
What is your intention? You can certainly copy/paste -- I don't think you want to do that. You can link, and subsequently update data b/w the two apps. Insert Object Create from File Browse... ??? can u put a word doc into a excel worksheet
i was trying to take the information from ,,, one sheet in excel and using it
