What is your intention? You can certainly copy/paste -- I don't think you
want to do that.

You can link, and subsequently update data b/w the two apps. Insert
Object Create from File Browse...

Hi,
AFIK you can only store a hyperlink reference to WORD doc in an EXCEL
workbook - not the file or it's content itself.

i was trying to take the information from ,,, one sheet in excel and using it
in another sheet ,,, using vlookup,,, however .. the intent is to make labels
in which i have to fomat to fit labels ,, i was having a problem getting
them to fit,

i 'm using a tag from avery ,, 5202
