In one cell put:
=COUNTIF(A1:D4,"Target") In another cell put: =COUNTIF(A1:D4,"Current") Adjust the range as you need. Squeaky "Chad Wodskow" wrote: I am working with a table of information and I want to count the number of times a product shows up when it is classified as either current or Targetin the table.
