Default Invoice with Data Sheet

I want to make a Invoice Format, where i want to make invoice one after one
without copying or making new file. Not only that I want to get also that
data, which I will entry in the Invoice, on the 2nd Sheet as Data Sheet, so I
could get the Data list of that all Invoice.

If desired, send your file to my address below. I will only look if:
1. You send a copy of this message on an inserted sheet
2. You give me the newsgroup and the subject line
3. You send a clear explanation of what you want
4. You send before/after examples and expected results.

Dear Mr. Don,

Thksw for ur prompt respone. I am enclosing my file to your mail id with
explantaion what I actually want.

If possible pls solve my problem, so I could progess in my job.
