How do I combine a VLOOKUP formula and a NETWORKDAYS formula?

If cell G3 equals "Defer to Network" then I want cell J3 to equal "N/A". If
cell G3 equals "MTF Accept" then I want cell J3 to use a NETWORKDAYS formula
to calculate the difference in days. How do I combine the two formulas?
