I have data of more than 66000 rows in more than one sheet with same column
headings. Can I combine them to form a single pivot table? |

Excel: pivot from large data
Start creating your PT, then use multiple consolidation ranges and
specify the ranges from each worksheet. --JP On Oct 1, 11:00*am, karrie wrote: I have data of more than 66000 rows in more than one sheet with same column headings. *Can I combine them to form a single pivot table? |

Excel: pivot from large data
Yes, of coures. A source for a Pivot Table could be an Access DB, SQL
Server, etc. You could conceivable have millions or rows, which may consolidate to just a few thousand rows, or maybe even a few hundred rown, in an Excel Pivot Table. Look at these examples: http://www.babeled.com/2008/07/18/ex...-manipulation/ http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Pivots/pivottables.htm A little more advanced: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...993041033.aspx http://www.associatedcontent.com/art....html?cat=5 9 HTH, Ryan-- -- Ryan--- If this information was helpful, please indicate this by clicking ''Yes''.
