Which version of Excel are you using which has a "Contact Us" link?

In Excel 2007 there is a "Contact Us" button in Office buttonExcel

Ah, so your question was not about Excel, but about Microsoft's website?
As Biff said, you may well find that you're better off using a different interface to get to the newsgroups.
