Which version of Excel are you using which has a "Contact Us" link?
Excel 2003 doesn't, as far as I am aware.

In Excel 2007 there is a "Contact Us" button in Office buttonExcel
OptionsResources that opens this web page:

Can't help you with that. Don't use the web interface.

Have you considered using a newsreader to access the newsgroups? A lot less
problems.

Ah, so your question was not about Excel, but about Microsoft's website?

As Biff said, you may well find that you're better off using a different
interface to get to the newsgroups.
