Default Calculating Cell Occupation

Hi All

In cell C20 I need to put the amount of cells in the range D6 - D17
which have content.

It's not the total of the content , simply to register how many of the
cells in the range have anything in them.

If three are occupied then C20 should read three , and so on.

Can someone help with a formula?

Grateful for any advice.

Best Wishes
