Using formula-generated figures in excel in mail-merging
I am trying to create a database that contains 1 column of fixed numbers with
2 decimals, when the adjacent column containing formula-generated figures also at 2 decimals. But when I try to transfer those formula-generated figures into a letter mail-merge, those figures are carried out to up to 16 places. Consequently I have to manually delete those extra 14 places in each and every letter to be mailed out. Is there any way I can prevent this? |
