Default Default page

Some how my default page when I open Excel has been changed. Now every time I
open Excel the blank page has a footer. What do I need to do to edit the
default page (template)?

Default Default page

Default sheet template (Sheet.xlt) and default workbook template (Book.xlt)
are
stored in your default template folder and Excel will use them to create new
sheets and workbooks. Check out the footer settings of files which reside in
template folder ..

C:\Documents and Settings\<username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
