I want to maintain a SHARE stock report in excel sheet. eg.

When I will entry a share name with purchase or sale details, automatically
Balance will reflect in the F / Balance Coluum after plus or minus from the
previous balance of the particular data / name I entry.

Ehich formula I will put in F cloumn, so I will get the right balance
against particulat entry.

Put this in F2 and copy down.

=SUMIF(A$1:A2,A2,C$1:C2)-SUMIF(A$1:A2,A2,E$1:E2)

Hi,

I'm not sure I follow your sample data, but the general idea would be in F2
enter
=C2-E2+F1
and copy it down. You may need to reverse the signs depending on your
system of debit and credits, in which case the formula would be
=E2-C2+F1
