Default Time Formula

How do I convert a time formula from actual minutes to a decimal (100 units
per hour)?

Example using military time:
13:00 - 8:30 = 4 hours 30 minutes OR 4.50

Just multiply the result by 24 (hours in a day)

=C1*24
