I've created a basic formula of =left(c2, 1) and when I hit enter, all I see
is the text, not the results. I've checked, and I've got it set for automatic calculation, not to display formulas. I've also used the formula tool to generate it just in case I was doing something stupid. I'm using 2007 Thanks! |

![]() Your sheet or cell(s) the formula is in are preformatted as text... Try doing and Edit|Replace of = sign with = sign. -- NBVC Where there is a will there are many ways.
