In the most updated version of Excel there is a way of taking a pivot table
and producing multiple worksheet reports in order to send them to individuals. According to what I understand this is also possible in 2003 Excel. What are the step by step directions to do this? |

Perhaps? Double-click on any data value of interest, and Excel will create a report with all the values that go into that value. HTH, Bernie MS Excel MVP "Donna" wrote in message ...
