Default multiple subtotals

On my boss's monthly credit card report, each expense receives a keycode
(funding source) and object code (type of expense). I need subtotals of each
keycode/object code combination. Suggestions? Many thanks.

Hi,

You may create a pivot table. Drag keycode and object code to the row area
and amount to the data area
