Default is there a way to type a number and have it translated into text?

Good morning,

I am using Excel to write checks because the checks are for Peachtree
accounting and we are using Quickbooks. I want to minimize errors. Can I
type a number in a cell and have it translated into text on another cell. for
exam $5.00 would be translated into "five dollars and 0 cents."

That would really be helpful to me if anyone could help. Thanks.
