Default excel interaction with Windows Desktop Search (WDS4.0)

Hi:
Is there any function available within Excel (2007 or?) that interacts with
Windows Desktop Search in order to return path &/or filename info?

More specifically, may I supply a list to WDS from within Excel and expect
results that can be used within Excel?

If not a function, is there some way to do it with VBA or something alike?

Thanks,
--
Mike
