Default Can I insert in a cell the "date revised" (in a worksheet, etc)

I would like to have an automatic date (in a cell) that updates only when the
worksheet is revised. Is there such a thing?

Any update whatsoever of any cell on the entire worksheet?

Place a date only when saving with changes?

Would you want a date entered if user opened, made some changes but closed
without saving?

It is possible but please give some more detail.
