Default NETWORKDAYS Worksheet function

The Version installed on my system for Excel is

Microsoft Excel 2002(10.6852.6845) SP3.

I m trying to use NETWORKDAYS from the Example given in the Help Context of
Excel.
=NETWORKDAYS(A2,A3,A4:A6)
but i m getting #NAME?

Default NETWORKDAYS Worksheet function

Look in Excel help for the NETWORKDAYS function. It tells you what to do if
you get a #NAME? error.

You need to attach the Analysis ToolPak add-in under Tools, Add-Ins

Check whether Analysis ToolPak is installed (checked) under menu ToolsAddins
