Hi Krishnan

No built in functions to draw lines..If you are looking to link the formulas
check out the 'Trace Precedents' option. In 2003: Menu ToolsFormula
Auditing and in 2007: Menu FormulasFormula Auditing

Trace Precedents will show arrows to cells which are referenced in the
formula

Trace Dependents will show arrows to cells which are affected by the
selected cell

If this post helps click Yes

You can DRAW lines using the drawing toolbar like in Paint

View - Toolbars - Drawing.

Dates are really numbers so you can use the autofill features in excel to
continue a sequencye of numbers. so if you extended a sequence of numbers
like 1, 3, 5, 7, ... you can use the same method with dates. Each DAY is
equal to 1.

So if you started a sequence

1-Jan-09
1-Feb-09

you would get

1-Jan-09
1-Feb-09
1-Mar-09
1-Apr-09
1-May-09
1-Jun-09
1-Jul-09
1-Aug-09
1-Sep-09
1-Oct-09
1-Nov-09
1-Dec-09
1-Jan-10
1-Feb-10
1-Mar-10

This is really very strange since the number of days in each month is
different!!!!!!!

You should reaqlly get

1/1/2009
2/1/2009
3/4/2009
4/4/2009
5/5/2009
6/5/2009
7/6/2009
8/6/2009
9/6/2009
10/7/2009
11/7/2009
12/8/2009
1/8/2010
2/8/2010
3/11/2010
