margins keeping changing
You're not giving much to go on so here is my guess.
In Page Setup you've set Scaling to Fit to: x_Pages by x_Pages. And your printout is too small and not close to the margins. If that's the case there are most likely "Space" characters in one or more cells beyond the area you wish to print. A space is a printable character so unless a specific print area is Set (Select the print range then FilePrint AreaSet Print Area), Excel will extend the print area to the last used cell on the sheet. Removing any spaces in or deleting the rows and columns beyond the area you want to print or setting a print area should resolve the issue. Best wishes, Dave "excel margins" <excel margins @discussions.microsoft.com wrote in message ... everytime i try to print out a full work sheet on excel it keeps changing my margins and not taking up the whole page...how do i fix that? |
