Default Page setup stuck on portrait mode

Excel 2003 SP3
Vista Ulimate SP1

Page Setup is not changing from portrait to landscape mode. Landscape
selection button works, but it will not change from portrait to
landscape.

Both view and printingIt simply changes the print area from n rows x q columns to q rows x n

columns, try this, drag some data acros from A1 to lets say M1 and some
different data down from A2 to say A36, now go to Print Preview, click
Set Up and change from the Portrait view to Landsacpe and see what
happens........it doesn't flip your data just the print area.
