I have a couple of questions, I am managing 100 volunteers at a conference in
Florida and they need to be assigned to sessions/workshops and an exhibition
Booth.

100 volunteers, five different types of volunteers
-Presenter
-Volunteer 1 (Speaker)
-Volunteer 2 (Administrator)
-Back up
-Personal

-7 Sessions €“ 15 Workshops in each session
-Exhibition Booth
*(I see 15min increments needed for the above)

-Scheduled Start and End Times vs. Actual Start & End Times (Need to
generate volunteer reports and total volunteer time over the 5 days)

-Location of workshops and the location of booth

How can I identify if I have double booked an employee into a workshop and
Ive scheduled them at the exhibition booth? Do I use conditional
formatting?, I.e. the employee name goes red?

Also, how can I bring up available volunteers and the workshops, booth shift
times that I still need to allocate resources to?

Also, how can I email volunteers their schedules?

Sorry for all the questions, Im just not sure how to do these things.

Aha. Always keep it to 1Q per thread. Make it specific, focused and
attractive for responders to respond. Greatly increase your chances of
getting responses. You can always start as many threads as you have queries.
One last thing, as a poster, always strive to reply to each
response/responder. For courtesy and thread closure.
