Conditional Formatting & Data Validation?
I have a couple of questions, I am managing 100 volunteers at a conference in
Florida and they need to be assigned to sessions/workshops and an exhibition Booth. 100 volunteers, five different types of volunteers -Presenter -Volunteer 1 (Speaker) -Volunteer 2 (Administrator) -Back up -Personal -7 Sessions €“ 15 Workshops in each session -Exhibition Booth *(I see 15min increments needed for the above) -Scheduled Start and End Times vs. Actual Start & End Times (Need to generate volunteer reports and total volunteer time over the 5 days) -Location of workshops and the location of booth How can I identify if I have double booked an employee into a workshop and Ive scheduled them at the exhibition booth? Do I use conditional formatting?, I.e. the employee name goes red? Also, how can I bring up available volunteers and the workshops, booth shift times that I still need to allocate resources to? Also, how can I email volunteers their schedules? Sorry for all the questions, Im just not sure how to do these things. -- WitkosRobinson |

Aha. Always keep it to 1Q per thread. Make it specific, focused and attractive for responders to respond. Greatly increase your chances of getting responses.
