I have numbers in colums G, I and K that i want in a first place to 600
place. Ranking from high to low EG Colum G3 answer is 150 BUT Colum K 15 answer is 255 Therefore K15 should now show number 1 and G3 in number 2 AND SO ON Each Colum goes from Row 3 to Row 198 |

=LARGE(G:I,1) will return the biggest one
