Default Printing different work sheets in colour when the default is b&W

if you have a multiple worksheet document and the printer defauls to mono and
duplex but you wish the whole document to be printed in colour and simplex is
the only way of achieving this to chage the printer setup on each and every
worksheet?

thank you very much for any guidance.

Hi,

Maybe if you group all the worksheets (click the first worksheet tab, hold
shift key and click on the last worksheet tab) then you can set your printer
settings. Remeber to ungroup when finished.

Hope this helps,

Gav
