Default Active cell default colour

When in excel the default colour of the cell is very light, virtually
non-descript. Is there a way to chagne the default highlight colour of the
active cell?

Don't worry I've downloaded "rowliner" and this will do alrigth until
Microsoft comes up with a function/settign to change the highligth colour.
