Default EXCEL Pivot Table

I work in education for a major city, handling complaints.

My spreadsheet contains wellover 8000 lines of data, i need to isolate
schools with x number of complaints.

I have used the "If" function, but i also want to seperate the found data
and place it in a seperate spreadsheet or chart in order to generate a weekly
report.

Is there anyone who can offer any suggestions?
