Default Unprotect a worksheet

The file I have opened was Excel 2003 version and when I open it in Excel
2007 the sheet is protected. Can you please advice how to unprotect it?

Default Unprotect a worksheet

On the ribbon, go to Review and then Unprotect Sheet.

Here is a great resource for using commands from a 2003 template and the
corresponding 2007 template for Excel.
