Default To choose the best field in EXCEL

Dear all

I have the following set of data in which I want to find the best fields
(ie: best grades). Is there a function in which I can choose the best 3
subjects?

Many Thanks!

Eg:

Subject 1 Subject 2 Subject 3
Subject 4
John A2 B4 A1
D7
Peter B4 C6 C6
E8
tONY 34 55 68
34

First you should specify the order of grades from best to worst, (maybe you
mean this order, but we cannot be su A1,A2,...,B1,B2,..., but where is the
place for 34,55,... in the sequence?)

Stefi
