Click on A1 and:
Format Conditional Formatting... FormulaIs =$C1="n" and pick a highlight color. Then copy A1 and paste/special formats form A1 thru CB1 Do something similar to the rows below. -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200840 "judy" wrote: If column C has an n in it I would need any row within Column C with the n to highlight yellow.
