Need help with Line Chart...

Could somebody please tell me if it is possible, using Excel (Office 2007) to make a very basic Line Chart, for example: I have two columns, column one "DATE" contains a series of dates, column two "WEIGHT" contains daily weights in Stones & Pounds or even just Pounds. This would then be displayed on a line chart with Weights top to bottm on left hand side& Dates along the bottom left to right I hope this makes sense to somebody, many thanks for any replies given.
