Default Pivot Table and Shared Work Book - Excel 2007

Based on threads on this site and others it appears the older versions of
Excel would not support pivot table refreshes. Does anyone know if the new
version has corrected this deficiency?

I can't check 2007 from here but you can't create or change a pivot table or
chart in earlier versions when shared. This includes Refresh.
