Default input sheet

can you create an input sheet that will allow you to fill one row of a spread
sheet and then go on to the next row. Kind of like inputting into a database.

Excel has a built in form.
Search help using "Add a record to a list by using a data form".

Set up your header row and try Data Form.......

Personally, I just enter the data on the spreadsheet row.....I don't really
like forms.
