I have a list of food items in Column A. I want to convert these so that they
become entries in Row 1 instead. Can anyone advise how to do this? Thanks. Keith |

Hi,
Here is another approach if you want to retain the items in column A and if they change have the entries on row 1 change. Suppose your data is in A1:A5 then select B1:F1 and type, but don't enter the formula =TRANSPOSE(A1:A5) Then press Shift+Ctrl+Enter. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button. Hi again,
Here are two non-array formulas that also work: =INDEX($A1:$A5,COLUMN(A1)) =OFFSET($A1,COLUMN(A1)-1,) -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
