Default Quick way to "Shrink to Fit"

You can add 'Format Cells: Alignment' as a butoon on the Qucik Access Toolbar.

You will then have to click on it and press Alt-K... not much of a saving...

Or you can record a macro and assign it to a button (and create a keyboard
shortcut)...

I often need to shrink columns. Is there a faster way to get to "shrink to
fit" rather than to go into CTRL-1, alignment, shrink to fit? I am using
2007

Thanks in advance,
