You can add 'Format Cells: Alignment' as a butoon on the Qucik Access Toolbar.
You will then have to click on it and press Alt-K... not much of a saving... Or you can record a macro and assign it to a button (and create a keyboard shortcut)... "inthestands" wrote: I often need to shrink columns. Is there a faster way to get to "shrink to fit" rather than to go into CTRL-1, alignment, shrink to fit?
