Default Using Multiple sets of Option Buttons (Form Control) In Excell

I am currently setting up a Company Questionaire in Excell. I have several
questions which you can select 1 only of 10 choices. So I have opted to use
the the Option Button (Form Control). I have 10 of these for each question.

I have done this for about 10 questions at first it seemed to work, however
if I select one of the answers for any question it blanks the answers for all
the other questions, as if All 100 Option Buttons are linkes.

I only want them linked in groups of ten.

Im sorry if I dont seem to be explaining myself well, but I hope someone
understands what I am getting at and has a solution to my problem.

Thanks in Advance.

Put each set of 10 buttons in a group box and they behave independent of
other groups
