Default Excel 2003 Worksheet

When I add color to cells in a worksheet, the gridlines disappear. How do I
get them back?

Remove that color--don't change it to white. You want to use no fill.

But if you want that fill color, you can add borders to the range to make it
look pretty.

In xl2003 menus
Format|cells|border tab

And you can draw the borders you wan.
