Calculating future values for assets & liabilities based on ror
I am trying to figure out how to calculate what a future value of assets and
liabilities will be in 5 & 10 years based on what I estimate the Rate of Return to be. Ex: If my home is valued at X and I assume in 5 years it will valued at 3% more...what will the value be in 5 years. I need to make sure that I am calculating the cumalative interest rate comounded annually? Can anyone help me? |
